This was my reply:

Josh, 

It is my understanding that you are running a batch file, which the end result, or process to achieve the end result involves the creation of a virtual machine.  The error you are receiving, "could not reserve enough space on the object heap"  is a memory error.  There isn't enough space to initialize the virtual machine.  Please make sure that the system you are running this on has enough RAM to run this process, or close other unneeded applications in an attempt to free up some more memory.  Please let me know if this works or not, and if you need any further assistance.
