Interesting things
So, an interesting thing has happened in the last little while. Since the 400 text messages on my phone, I haven’t been able to call anyone, or email anyone, or instant message anyone. Its been 2 days. And it’s most likely going to be a lot longer. (until my Independent Study Classes are done.) and so I’m not able to talk to anyone. Well, I’ve learned that I totally was obsessive with Instant messenger, and some of the people on the messenger. (Not a CERTAIN person, but CERTAIN people.) Because, seriously, I was going through ‘withdrawals’ yesterday. I could think of nothing but getting on the computer, instant messaging, and I was to the point that I was begging my mom to let me back on. (pretty sad, don’t you think) Picture a druggie coming back down off the drugs, He’s begging people for a cigarette and he’s not getting it. I hate the analogy, but that’s how I felt.
See, I get anxiety attacks (different than panic attacks, which I get those too.) when I either don’t see anyone (meaning friends, and such) or don’t talk to anyone. So, being out of contact with these people would cause me to shake, and get very anxious for people to get online. But these last few days, I have learned that its ok, that maybe they’ll get online later, and that I’ll be able to talk to them then, and that I should find something else to do. I have to get that idea into my head for when some of them go on missions.
So new things… I’ve recently started learning the guitar. So this makes guitar, trumpet, organ, piano, flute, piccolo, and baritone/tuba. Its fun.. I am teaching myself, and first things first.. I need to learn how to sight read on the guitar… so flashcards for everyone.
I’m also trying to finish learning this cool song on the piano for the ward talent show. Now, here’s the other idea. My mom thought of it. I have a friend who is AMAZING at the piano. Seriously. He is awesome. And it might be possible for him to play with me. And so while I was getting some sheet music, I came upon a Rhapsody in Blue (from Fantasia 2000) for 4 hands, 2 pianos. That would be totally awesome if he could.. its in march, but I have to ask him. Other things… um, I had this ballroom practice for the senior ballroom scholarships, and I got real up close and personal with the teacher with the tango. Very um.. Interesting um… position. Heh… that’s all I’m going to say.
I’ve also started brainstorming memories, for the kikomemory site.. so there should be several updates in the next several days… look for them.
Um. There was something else! OH YEAH. NEW EPISODES OF STARGATE SG-1 and ATLANTIS were on last night. VERY COOL EPISODES. ENJOYED THEM A TON. SHEESH. AMAZING IDEAS. Ok. That’s all. Go back to your normal lives citizens…
